OneForce Blog-19: Health is Wealth & BrainScience (Part-2)
Your health is your first wealth—it’s good to emphasize this over and over.
Do you know that there are three factors for MAXIMUM PHYSICAL HEALTH? Our medical doctors would often point to us, “Take care and strengthen your immune system, so you don’t get illnesses.” True!—and the story doesn’t end there.
Now, a medical scientist—awarded and recognized as one of the top 2000 scientist of the 21st century—has released his research showing three important factors for MAXIMUM PHYSICAL HEALTH namely:
1. Brain Chemicals (Brain System)
2. Hormone System
3. Immune System
Sounds familiar—I bet they’re not! And you’re in for a treat!
To attain PEAK PHYSICAL HEALTH, one has to nourish and support these 3 Systems that play together to sustain and guarantee our precious bio engines! And there’s no better way to do it—than by starting with your central organ of Peak Health—the Human Brain.
Sorry to make this emphasis again: Most people are really BRAIN-ILLITERATE. They know their faces, fingernails, toenails, their curves, even genitals better than their Brains.
“Most Important Organ” as it is, the Human Brain remains a Big Mystery for most people I know—and most people you know. PEOPLE REMAIN CLUELESS ABOUT THEIR CENTRAL ORGAN OF PHYSICAL HEALTH!
Let me explain it further: A medical doctor would advise his heart-disease patient to drink red wine everyday. Why? Because resveratrol found from grapes’ skin is good to normalize blood pressure—or so. But the alcohol found in red wines is poison to your brain! Alcohol produces certain fatty acids that shrink the gray matter—and you don’t want small brains—you don’t want to shrink your central organ of health!
In conclusion for this blog, “What is good for the heart—may not be necessarily good for the Brain—and therefore not good for the entire body.” And what organ controls the heart? I can’t hear you…huh?
It’s the Brain.
WHAT IS GOOD FOR THE BRAIN—IS ALWAYS GOOD FOR THE REST OF THE BODY!

I cannot believe this will work!
